Yes. We carry a water tank and a generator, so nothing about the job depends on your spigot or your outlet. If you would rather we used yours, we can.

No, as long as we can reach the car and you have left any keys or gate codes we need. Most clients are at work or inside the whole time.

We watch the forecast and call the day before if it looks bad. Rescheduling is free. Interior work can often continue under cover.

Yes, when the property allows it — most do. Check with building management if your lot is gated or attended.

Yes. Every price shown is the price for a standard vehicle in normal condition. Oversized vehicles and heavily soiled interiors can need a custom quote, and we confirm that before we drive out — never after the work.

Larger vehicles can carry a surcharge because they take longer. Send the year, make, and model when you book and we will confirm your price up front.

The Executive Detail is the Full Detail plus a spray sealant on the paint, a hydrophobic glass treatment, an interior odor reset, and an extra interior protection topper.

We take payment when the work is finished and we have walked the car with you. Call if you need to arrange invoicing for a fleet or company account.

Level 1 protects for about a year, Level 2 for three years, and Level 3 for five to seven. Hand washing and avoiding automatic brush washes are what carry a coating to the end of its rating.

No. A coating resists chemical etching and light wash swirls, not impact. Paint protection film is the product that stops rock chips, and we will say so rather than oversell a coating.

The car can usually be driven the same day, but it must stay dry while the coating cures. We give you the exact window and the washing rules before we leave.

Yes — it is routine work for us. Heavy cases need extra time, so mention the dog when you book and we will schedule accordingly.

It lifts most stains and reduces odor substantially, but set-in stains may not fully clear. This is a deep-clean service, not a stain-removal guarantee, and we tell you what to expect before we start.

Steam and shampoo remove most odor sources, because the smell usually lives in the carpet and cloth. For strong odors, the Executive Detail adds a dedicated interior odor reset.
