Fleet & Dealership

Fleet & Dealership Detailing

Your lot, on a schedule, without moving a vehicle.

A dirty fleet is a marketing problem. Work vans, delivery trucks, and executive cars carry your name down the interstate every day, and the condition they are in is the impression people keep. Dealership inventory has the same problem with a shorter clock: a dusty front row costs test drives.

We come to your lot on a schedule you set. Nothing is driven anywhere, no vehicle leaves rotation, and we bring our own water and power so a lot with no wash bay is not a limitation. Early mornings, evenings, and weekends are all workable if that keeps the fleet in service.

Pricing is per vehicle count and visit frequency rather than a fixed package, because a ten-van service fleet and a forty-car showroom need different programs. Call us and we will walk the lot with you and put a number on it.

How It Works

  1. 01

    Walk the lot

We look at the actual vehicles, count them, and see what condition they start in before quoting anything.

  2. 02

    Set the program

Scope and frequency get defined: weekly exterior maintenance, monthly full details, or delivery prep on demand.

  3. 03

    Work on your clock

We schedule around your operating hours — before opening, after close, or in rotation so vehicles stay available.

  4. 04

    Consistent standard

Every vehicle gets the same defined process, so the fleet looks like one fleet rather than a collection of moods.

  5. 05

    One invoice

Recurring service on a single account, so accounting sees one line instead of forty receipts.

Quoted Per Fleet

Common Questions

How much does fleet detailing cost?+

It is quoted per program, not per package. Price depends on vehicle count, size, condition, and how often we visit. Volume brings the per-vehicle rate down well below single-appointment pricing.

What is the minimum fleet size?+

There is no hard minimum. Even three or four vehicles on a recurring schedule works. Call us with what you have and we will tell you honestly whether a program makes sense.

Can you detail dealership inventory before delivery?+

Yes. Delivery prep and lot maintenance are both standard for us, and we can work on demand around your sales schedule.

Do you work outside business hours?+

Yes. Early morning, evening, and weekend work is normal for fleets, because that is when the vehicles are parked.
